While warehouse conversion is a typical strategy here, negotiations are ongoing between public and private sectors regarding investment and development of a purpose built studio.  As demand from domestic and foreign production, decision makers are aware that there is now a market to design a designated facility with right fit sound stages, production management offices, and post production suites.
